CRE publishes the deliberation of 13 December 2012 deciding on the tariffs for the use of natural gas transmission networks (“ATRT5 Tariffs”). This deliberation was transmitted to the ministers for energy and the economy, who received it on 20 December 2012. The 2 months time limit referred to in the last subparagraph of Article L.452-3 of the Energy Code shall apply from this date on.
